Gillette Integration To Cut P&G Profit

Integrating Gillette Co. into Procter &  Gamble Co. will reduce P&G’s profit by 20 to 26 cents per share in the current fiscal year ending June 30, 2006, and by 12 to 18 cents the following year, P&G said. While P&G didn’t provide earnings per share estimates for 2006 and 2007, it expects double digit increases in both years, it said.
